Freeways UK provides courier services for the collection and delivery of Packages within the United Kingdom and, through our partners, to international destinations. Our Services include:
Service availability varies by location and service type. We reserve the right to refuse service to any location or for any Package at our discretion. Service availability information provided on our website or through our customer service is approximate and subject to change.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
Our prices are as quoted on our website or as communicated to you at the time of booking. Prices may vary based on package dimensions, weight, destination, service level, and any additional services selected.
All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect Orders that have already been confirmed.
We accept payment by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, and other payment methods as indicated at the time of booking. By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that the payment information you provide is accurate.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless you have an approved credit account with us. For credit account holders, payment terms are as specified in your account agreement.

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates and not guarantees unless explicitly stated otherwise. Various factors including weather, traffic, customs clearance (for international shipments), and other circumstances beyond our control may affect actual delivery times.
We will obtain proof of delivery for each Package, which may include a signature from the Recipient or a photograph of the delivered Package. In certain circumstances, we may deliver the Package to a neighbor, building reception, or secure location if the Recipient is not available to accept delivery.
If we are unable to deliver a Package because the Recipient is not available, the address is incorrect, or for any other reason not attributable to us, we will:
After a failed delivery, the Package will be held for a maximum of 7 days before being returned to the Sender. Additional fees may apply for redelivery or return shipping.
For collection services, the Sender must ensure that the Package is ready for collection at the specified time and location. If the Package is not available for collection, additional fees may apply for rescheduled collection.
The Sender is responsible for providing accurate and complete address information. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information.

We reserve the right to refuse or return any Package containing prohibited items. If we discover that a Package contains prohibited items after collection, we may dispose of the Package or report it to the relevant authorities. You will be responsible for any damages, penalties, or fines resulting from sending prohibited items.

All Content included in our website and Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Freeways UK or our content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact us to request account deletion.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
